Engaging customers with email content

The Conduit is a members’ club in Covent Garden for people dedicated to solving the world’s greatest challenges. The company wanted to boost engagement with its content, so a new email newsletter was created.

This minimalist editorial product ensures that the emphasis is on the club’s events programming. Separate sections were created to feature other calls to action, such as membership drives and hospitality specials.

Following the introduction of this newsletter, engagement levels rose from approximately 45 percent to 70 percent.
